2020 FLU CLINICS
This year we will be vaccinating patients aged 65 and over prior to other groups of patients. If you will be aged 65 by 31.3.2021, please book your flu vaccination now.
We are hold clinics at Hawthorn Surgery on;

| Wednesday 30.9.20 | 5.30pm – 7.30pm |
| Monday 5.10.20 | 5.30pm – 7.30pm |
| Tuesday 6.10.20 | 5.30pm – 7.30pm |
We are also holding a clinic at New Farnley Community Centre on;
| Thursday 8.10.20 | 9am – 12 noon |
All of the clinics are by appointment only. Please book your appointment using the online system if possible.
We ask that you wear a face covering when you attend. We wish to minimise the time that you spend in the surgery whilst having your flu vaccination.
Please attend at the correct time and wear clothing that can be easily removed (e.g. sleeves that can be rolled up easily).
If the vaccination sessions become busy you may be asked to wait in your car.
We will only be offering flu vaccination at these sessions – it will not be possible for us to deal with any other matters due to time limits and patient safety.
It is vital that you DO NOT attend for vaccination if you or a member of your household currently has symptoms of Covid-19, or if you are self-isolating due to contact with a suspected or confirmed case of Covid-19.
