The Doctors and Staff at Hawthorn Surgery have been deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. She was greatly respected and admired by us all. Our heartfelt condolences go out to King Charles III and the entire Royal Family.

Hawthorn Surgery will be closed on Monday 19th September 2022, following the announcement that this will be a Bank Holiday to mark the Queen’s State Funeral.  We will re-open as usual on Tuesday 20th September 2022.

Please make sure that you have enough of your usual repeat medication to last for the extended weekend.  All requests for repeat medication should be submitted by Wednesday 14th September to give enough time to process them before the coming weekend.
