May 2023 Bank Holiday Closures

Hawthorn Surgery will be closed during the May 2023 Bank Holidays, as follows;

• We will close at 6pm on Friday 28^th April, and re-open at 7.30am on Tuesday 2^nd May 2023.
• We will close at 6pm on Friday 5^th May, and re-open at 7.30am on Tuesday 9^th May 2023.
• We will close at 6pm on Friday 26^th May, and re-open at 7.30am on Tuesday 30^th May 2023.
